In my professional past I have always paid attention to the fact that repetitive activities can be simplified by automated mechanisms (programs, templates, etc.). This saves time and creates the possibility to focus on value-adding activities.

My name is Jan-Niclas Martens and I am an independent technical consultant with a focus on electrotechnical networked systems. With my expertise in sensors, actuators, PLC and MES, I help companies optimize their production processes and make them more efficient.

I have many years of experience in planning and implementing automation solutions tailored to the specific requirements of my customers. In doing so, I place particular emphasis on a holistic view of the technical systems in order to identify and eliminate potential sources of error and weak points at an early stage.
